Since it seems that doing every week assignments seems to be inconsistent, maybe we could setup long term assignments. That way more time can be spent on a piece, and everyone won't feel rushed, unless they choose so by waiting until last minute.
For example.
- Each person picks a story they like and storyboards it.
- Several illustrations based around a similar idea. Here is and example
- Pick a similar topic of study (ex. composition, shading, anatomy, etc.) and every week show sketches or material that represents progress.
Post some comments, or we can talk about it on Thursday.
I like this idea a lot. Usually if I remember the assignment it's as I'm driving to draw night.
